WHAT IS STREET HOCKEY?
Street Hockey Of Wharton (the SHOW) is played on foot with a tennis ball—think "the pickleball of hockey": easy to pick up, safe, and should not be taken too seriously (yet here we are). All equipment is provided. All Penn Grad School students and their partners are welcome to play - free of charge!
Come for the competition, stay for the theatrics—all for the love of hockey!

Can I play if I play in the Wharton Wildmen (WHL)?
Absolutely! Street Hockey Night in America is for everyone - not to mention a great time to showcase your stick skills.
Is this a recurring commitment?
Absolutely not! The only mandatory time commitment is the time you spend bragging about your team. Come as you are, bring what you can.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear the color of your team and sneakers. Bring your A-game (or ___-game if you're from Wharton) and a positive attitude. We provide all the equipment (sticks, balls, goals).
I've never played hockey before. Can I still play?
Absolutely! Half our players have never held a stick before their first game. You'll fit right in.
